Hebrews 10:1-4
For The Law Could Never Take Away Sins, So Jesus Came To Offer His Body
10 For the Law— having a shadow of the coming good things, not the very image[a] of the things— is never able to perfect the ones approaching yearly with the same sacrifices which they offer perpetually[b]. 2 Otherwise would they not have ceased being offered, because of the ones worshiping no longer having a consciousness of sins, having been cleansed once-for-all? 3 But in them[c] there is a yearly reminder of sins. 4 For it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take-away sins.
