21st Century King James Version (KJ21)
Version
Psalm 72

72 Give the king Thy judgments, O God, and Thy righteousness unto the king’s son.

Then shall he judge Thy people with righteousness, and Thy poor with judgment.

The mountains shall bring peace to the people and the little hills, by righteousness.

He shall judge the poor of the people; he shall save the children of the needy, and shall break in pieces the oppressor.

They shall fear Thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

He shall come down like rain upon the mown grass, as showers that water the earth.

In his days shall the righteous flourish, and abundance of peace so long as the moon endureth.

He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.

They that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him, and his enemies shall lick the dust.

10 The kings of Tarshish and of the isles shall bring presents; the kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.

11 Yea, all kings shall fall down before him; all nations shall serve him.

12 For he shall deliver the needy when he crieth; the poor also and him that hath no helper.

13 He shall spare the poor and needy, and shall save the souls of the needy.

14 He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence, and precious shall their blood be in his sight.

15 And he shall live, and to him shall be given from the gold of Sheba; prayer also shall be made for him continually, and daily shall he be praised.

16 There shall be corn by the handful in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the fruit thereof shall wave like Lebanon, and they of the city shall flourish like grass of the earth.

17 His name shall endure for ever, his name shall be continued as long as the sun, and men shall be blessed in him; all nations shall call him blessed.

18 Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone doeth wondrous things.

19 And blessed be His glorious name for ever, and let the whole earth be filled with His glory! Amen and Amen.

20 The prayers of David the son of Jesse are ended.

Isaiah 6:1-5

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple.

Above it stood the seraphims; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.

And one cried unto another and said, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.”

And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

Then said I, “Woe is me! For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”

Acts 7:44-53

44 “Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as He had appointed, speaking unto Moses that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen,

45 which also our fathers, who came later, brought with Joshua into the territory of the Gentiles, whom God drove out before the face of our fathers until the days of David.

46 David found favor before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the God of Jacob.

47 But Solomon built Him a house.

48 “However, the Most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands, as saith the prophet:

49 ‘Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. What house will ye build Me? saith the Lord. Or what is the place of My rest?

50 Hath not My hand made all these things?’

51 “Ye stiffnecked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost! As your fathers did, so do ye!

52 Which of the prophets have your fathers not persecuted? And they have slain those who foretold the coming of the Just One. Of Him ye have now been the betrayers and murderers,

53 ye who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.”
