Version
Jeremiah 33:14-16

14 Behold, the days come, said the LORD, that I will confirm the good Word which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.

15 In those days and at that time, I will cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.

16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely; and this is the name with which she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.

Psalm 25:1-10

A Psalm of David.

Aleph

¶ Unto thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.

Beth

O my God, I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, let not my enemies triumph over me.

Gimel

Yea, none that wait on thee shall be ashamed; those which rebel without cause shall be ashamed.

Daleth

Show me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.

He

Cause me to walk in thy truth and teach me: for thou art the God of my saving health; I have waited for thee all the day.

Vau

Remember, O LORD, thy compassion and thy mercies, for they have been ever of old.

Zain

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my rebellions; according to thy mercy remember me for thy goodness’ sake, O LORD.

Cheth

¶ Good and upright is the LORD: therefore he will teach sinners in the way.

Teth

He will cause the humble to pass through the judgment, and the meek he will teach his way.

Jod

10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

1 Thessalonians 3:9-13

For what thanks can we render to God again for you for all the joy with which we joy for your sakes before our God,

10 night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face and might complete that which is lacking in your faith?

11 ¶ Now may God himself and our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ direct our way unto you.

12 And the Lord make you to multiply and make charity to abound among you and toward all men, even as it is with us toward you,

13 that your hearts may be confirmed in holiness, irreprehensible before God, even our Father, for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.

Luke 21:25-36

25 Then there shall be signs in the sun and in the moon and in the stars, and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;

26 men’s hearts failing them for fear and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth; for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

27 And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads, for your redemption draws near.

29 ¶ And he spoke unto them a parable: Behold the fig tree and all the trees;

30 when they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now near at hand.

31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is near at hand.

32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away until all is fulfilled.

33 The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with excess and drunkenness and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare it shall come on all those that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of man.
