63 O God, You are my God. I will seek You early. My soul thirsts for You. My flesh longs greatly after You in a barren and dry land, without water.

² Thus, when I behold Your power and Your Glory, I behold You as in the Sanctuary.

³ For Your lovingkindness is better than life. My lips shall praise You.

⁴ Thus will I magnify You all my life and lift up my hands in Your Name.

⁵ My soul shall be satisfied, as with marrow and fatness, and my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips,

⁶ When I remember You on my bed, I think upon You in the night watches.

⁷ Therefore, because You have been my helper, I will rejoice under the shadow of Your wings.

⁸ My soul clings to You. Your right hand upholds me.

⁹ Therefore, those who seek my soul to destroy it, they shall go into the lowest parts of the Earth.

¹⁰ They shall cast him down with the edge of the sword. They shall be a portion for foxes.

¹¹ But the king shall rejoice in God. All who swear by Him shall rejoice. For the mouth of those who speak lies shall be stopped. To him who excels: A Psalm of David

⁵⁵ When Saul saw David go forth against the Philistine, he said to Abner, the captain of his army, “Abner, whose son is this young man?” And Abner answered, “As your soul lives, O king, I cannot tell.”

⁵⁶ Then the King said, “Inquire whose son this young man is.”

⁵⁷ And when David had returned from the slaughter of the Philistine, then Abner took him and brought him before Saul, with the head of the Philistine in his hand.

⁵⁸ And Saul said to him, “Whose son are you, young man?” And David answered, “I am the son of your servant, Jesse the Bethlehemite.”

18 And when he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit with the soul of David. And Jonathan loved him as his own soul.

² And Saul took him that day and would not let him return to his father’s house.

³ Then Jonathan and David made a covenant; for he loved him as his own soul.

⁴ And Jonathan took off the robe that was upon him and gave it to David, and his garments, including his sword and his bow and his belt.

⁵ And David went out wherever Saul sent him, conducting himself wisely, so that Saul set him over the men of war. And he was accepted in the sight of all the people and also in the sight of Saul’s servants.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel blew the trumpet. And there were great voices in Heaven, saying, “The kingdoms of the world are our Lord’s, and his Christ’s! And He shall reign for evermore!”

¹⁶ Then the 24 elders who sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces and worshipped God.

¹⁷ Saying, “We give you thanks, Lord God Almighty; Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come! For You have received Your great might and have obtained Your Kingdom!

¹⁸ “And the Gentiles were angry. And Your wrath came, and the time of the dead; so that they would be judged, and that You would give reward to Your servants, the Prophets, and to Your saints, and to those who fear Your Name - both small and great - and to destroy those who destroy the Earth.”

¹⁹ Then the Temple of God was opened in Heaven. And there was seen in the temple the Ark of His Covenant. And there were lightnings and voices and thunderings and an earthquake, and much hail.
