Version
Psalm 33:12-22

12 Blessed is that nation whose God is the LORD, the people He has chosen for His inheritance.

13 The LORD looks down from Heaven, beholding all the children of men.

14 From the habitation of His dwelling he beholds all those who dwell on the Earth.

15 He fashions their hearts, every one, understanding all their works.

16 The king is not saved by the multitude of an army; nor is the mighty man delivered by great strength.

17 A horse is a vain help and shall not deliver by his great strength.

18 Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon those who fear Him, upon those who trust in His mercy

19 to deliver their souls from death and to preserve them in famine.

20 Our soul waits for the LORD. He is our Help and our Shield.

21 Surely, our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we trusted in His Holy Name.

22 Let Your mercy, O LORD, be upon us. As we trusted in You. A Psalm of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech; who drove him away and he departed.

Exodus 15:6-11

“Your right hand, O LORD, is glorious in power. Your right hand, O LORD, has bruised the enemy.

“And in Your great Glory You have overthrown those who rose against You. You sent forth Your wrath, which consumed them as stubble.

“And by the blast of Your nostrils the waters were gathered. The floods stood still as a heap. The depths congealed together in the heart of the sea.

“The enemy said, ‘I will pursue! I will overtake them! I will divide the spoil! My lust shall be satisfied by them. I will draw my sword. My hand shall destroy them!’

10 “You blew with Your wind. The sea covered them; they sank as lead in the mighty waters.

11 “Who is like You, O LORD, among the gods! Who is like You—glorious in holiness, fearful in praises—doing wonders!

John 7:37-39

37 Now, on the last day (the great day) of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink!

38 “The one who believes in Me, as says the Scripture, ‘Out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water’!”

39 (He spoke this about the Spirit, Whom those who believed in Him were about to receive. For the Holy Ghost was not yet given because Jesus was not yet glorified.)
