Acts 4:32-35

32 And the multitude of those who believed were of one heart, and of one soul. Nor did any of them say that any possession was his own. But they shared everything.

33 And the Apostles witnessed the resurrection of the Lord Jesus with great power. And great grace was upon them all.

34 Nor were there any among them in need. For as many as possessed lands or houses sold them, and brought the price of the things that were sold,

35 and laid it down at the Apostles’ feet. And it was distributed to each according to his need.

Psalm 133

133 Behold, how good and how pleasant a thing it is for brothers to dwell together.

It is like the precious ointment upon the head, which runs down upon the beard (even to Aaron’s beard, which went down on the border of his garments)

as the dew of Hermon which falls upon the mountains of Zion; for there the LORD appointed the blessing and life forever. A song of degrees

1 John 1:1-2:2

That Which was from the beginning, Which we have heard, Which we have seen with our eyes, Which we have looked upon and these hands of ours have handled concerning the Word of Life

(for that Life was revealed, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show to you that eternal Life Who was with the Father and was revealed to us);

that Which we have seen and heard we declare to you, so that you may also have fellowship with us and that our fellowship may also be with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ.

And these things I write to you so that your joy may be full.

This, then, is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you: that God is light. And no darkness is in Him.

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not truly.

But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another. And the blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanses us from all sin.

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves. And truth is not in us.

If we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say, “We have not sinned,” we make Him a liar. And His Word is not in us.

My little children, these things I write to you so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father: Jesus Christ, the Just.

And He is the reconciliation for our sins; and not only for ours, but also for the whole world.

John 20:19-31

19 The evening of the same day (which was the first of the week), when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst, and said to them, “Peace to you.”

20 And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples rejoiced, having seen the Lord.

21 Then Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you. As My Father sent Me, so I send you.”

22 And when He had said that, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Ghost.”

23 “Whoever’s sins you forgive, they are forgiven them. And whoever’s sins you retain, they are retained.”

24 But Thomas, one of the twelve (called Didymus) was not with them when Jesus came.

25 Therefore, the other disciples said to him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see the mark of the nails in His hands and put my finger into the mark of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe it!”

26 And eight days later, His disciples were inside again and Thomas with them. Then Jesus came (when the doors were shut) and stood in their midst, and said, “Peace to you.”

27 Afterward, He said to Thomas, “Put your finger here. And see My hands. And put forth your hand and put it into My side. And do not be unbelieving, but believing.”

28 Then Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord, and my God!”

29 Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you believe. Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.”

30 And Jesus also did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this Book.

31 But these things are written so that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. And that in believing, you might have life, through His Name.
