21st Century King James Version (KJ21)
Version
Psalm 90:1-6

90 Lord, Thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.

Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever Thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God.

Thou turnest man to destruction, and sayest, “Return, ye children of men.”

For a thousand years in Thy sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up;

in the morning it flourisheth and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down and withereth.

Psalm 90:13-17

13 Return, O Lord! How long? And let Thee repent concerning Thy servants.

14 O satisfy us early with Thy mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

15 Make us glad according to the days wherein Thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.

16 Let Thy work appear unto Thy servants, and Thy glory unto their children.

17 And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish Thou the work of our hands for us—yea, the work of our hands, establish Thou it.

Deuteronomy 32:44-47

44 And Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he and Joshua the son of Nun.

45 And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel,

46 and he said unto them: “Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

47 For it is not a vain thing for you, because it is your life; and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land whither ye go over the Jordan to possess it.”

John 5:39-47

39 “Search the Scriptures, for in them ye think ye have eternal life; and it is they which testify of Me.

40 And ye will not come to Me, that ye might have life!

41 I receive not honor from men.

42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.

43 I have come in My Father’s name, and ye receive Me not; if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.

44 How can ye believe, who receive honor one from another, and seek not the honor that cometh from God only?

45 Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father. There is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust.

46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed Me, for he wrote of Me.

47 But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe My words?”
