Version
Psalm 90:1-6

90 LORD, You have been our habitation from generation to generation.

Before the mountains were made (and You had formed the Earth and the world), even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.

You turn man to contrition. Again, You say, “Return, you sons of Adam.”

For a thousand years in Your sight are as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night.

You have overflowed them. They are asleep. In the morning, they grow like the grass.

In the morning it flourishes and grows. In the evening, it is cut down and withers.

Psalm 90:13-17

13 Return (O LORD, how long?) and be pacified toward Your servants.

14 Fill us with Your mercy in the morning. So shall we rejoice and be glad all our days!

15 Comfort us according to the days that You have afflicted us, according to the years that we have seen evil.

16 Let Your work be seen toward Your servants, and Your Glory upon their children.

17 And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us and direct the work of our hands upon us, even direct the work of our hands.

Deuteronomy 32:1-14

32 “Listen, you heavens, and I will speak. And let the Earth hear the words of my mouth.

“My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall still as the dew, as the shower upon the herbs and as the great rain upon the grass.

“For I will publish the Name of the LORD. Give glory to our God.

“Perfect is the work of the mighty God. For all His ways are judgment. God is true, and without wickedness. Just and righteous are He.

“They have corrupted themselves toward Him by their vice, not being his children, a perverse and crooked generation.

“Do you so reward the LORD, O foolish people and unwise? Is not He your father, Who has bought you? He has made you and established you.

“Remember the days of old. Consider the years of so many generations. Ask your father, and he will show you, your elders, and they will tell you.

“When the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance, when He separated the sons of Adam, He appointed the borders of the people, according to the number of the children of Israel.

“For the LORD’s portion is His people. Jacob is the lot of His inheritance.

10 “He found himself in the land of the wilderness, in a wasteland and roaring wilderness. He led him about. He taught him, kept him as the apple of His eye.

11 “As an eagle stirs up her nest — flutters over her birds, stretches out her wings, takes them, bears them on her wings —

12 “the LORD alone led him. And there was no strange god with him.

13 “He carried him up to the high places of the Earth, So that he might eat the fruits of the fields. And He caused him to suck honey out of the stone, and oil out of the hard rock.

14 “Butter from cattle, and milk from sheep with fat from the lambs, and rams fed in Bashan, and goats with the fat from the grains of wheat, and the red liquor of the grape have you drunk.

Deuteronomy 32:18

18 “You have forgotten the mighty God Who begat you, and have forgotten the God Who formed you.

Titus 2:7-8

In all things, show yourself to be an example of good works - with uncorrupted doctrine, gravity, integrity,

and sound speech that cannot be condemned - so that whoever opposes you may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

Titus 2:11-15

11 For the grace of God which brings salvation to all mankind has appeared,

12 and teaches us that we should deny ungodliness and worldly lusts; and that we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present world,

13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the Glory of the mighty God, and of our Savior, Jesus Christ;

14 Who gave Himself for us so that He might redeem us from all iniquity and cleanse us to be a peculiar people for Himself, zealous for good works.

15 Speak these things. And encourage and convict with all authority. See that no one despises you.
