1ペテロ 2:13-17
全ての人間の権威に従う
13 世界のどの権力者にも仕えなさい。王であるイエスのためにそれをするのだ。王や最高権力者の指示に従おう！ 14 天の王に送られし指導者に従うのだ！過ちを犯す人を罰し、正しい者に花を持たせることが彼らの任務だからだ。 15 神があなたに望むことは、正しいことをし続ける時にあざ笑う者どもを無視し、黙らせるほどに立派に生きるということだ！ 16 自由を噛みしめろ！ただ、過ちから自由にされたからといって欲望のままに生きていいわけがない。神に従える者たちの様に生きるのだ！ 17 誰であろうと敬い、教会の兄弟、姉妹を愛しなさい。神を敬い、王であるイエスを讃えるのだ！
