1ペテロ 1:23-25
23 あなた達は！生まれ変わったのだから！！！この新しいいのちは、やがて死んでしまうような肉体から来たものではなく、滅びることのないところからきたのだ。あなた達は再び生まれた。いのちを与える永遠の神のことばによってそれが起きたのだ！ 24 聖書にはこの様にある。
「私たちの人生は、枯れゆく草のよう。
味わった栄光はいつか散る花のよう。
25 しかし、神のことばは永遠にいつまでも滅びることがない」——【イザヤ書40:6-8より引用】
