Psalm 105:1-11

The Lords Wonderful Works in Behalf of Israel.

105 (A)Give thanks to the Lord, (B)call upon His name;
(C)Make His deeds known among the peoples.
Sing to Him, (D)sing praises to Him;
[a](E)Tell of all His [b]wonders.
Boast in His holy name;
May the (F)heart of those who seek the Lord be joyful.
Seek the Lord and (G)His strength;
(H)Seek His face continually.
Remember His [c](I)wonders which He has done,
His marvels and the (J)judgments [d]spoken by His mouth,
You [e]descendants of (K)Abraham, His servant,
You sons of (L)Jacob, His (M)chosen ones!
He is the Lord our God;
His (N)judgments are in all the earth.

He has (O)remembered His covenant forever,
The word which He commanded to a (P)thousand generations,
The (Q)covenant which He made with Abraham,
And His (R)oath to Isaac.
10 Then He (S)confirmed it to Jacob as a statute,
To Israel as an everlasting covenant,
11 Saying, “(T)To you I will give the land of Canaan
As the [f](U)portion of your inheritance,”

Psalm 105:45

45 And that they might (A)keep His statutes
And comply with His laws;
[a]Praise [b]the Lord!

Genesis 29:9-14

While he was still speaking with them, Rachel came with her father’s sheep, for she was a shepherdess. 10 When Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of his mother’s brother Laban, and the sheep of his mother’s brother Laban, Jacob went up and rolled the stone from the mouth of the well, and watered the flock of his mother’s brother Laban. 11 Then Jacob (A)kissed Rachel, and raised his voice and wept. 12 Jacob told Rachel that he was a (B)relative of her father and that he was Rebekah’s son, and (C)she ran and told her father.

13 So when (D)Laban heard the news about Jacob, his sister’s son, he ran to meet him, and (E)embraced him and kissed him, and brought him to his house. Then he told Laban all these things. 14 And Laban said to him, “You certainly are (F)my bone and my flesh.” And he stayed with him a month.

Acts 7:44-53

44 “Our fathers had (A)the tabernacle of testimony in the wilderness, just as He who spoke to Moses directed him to make it (B)according to the pattern which he had seen. 45 Our fathers in turn received it, and they also (C)brought it in with Joshua upon dispossessing the [a]nations that God drove out from our fathers, until the time of David. 46 [b](D)David found favor in God’s sight, and (E)asked that he might [c]find a dwelling place for the [d]house of Jacob. 47 But it was (F)Solomon who built a house for Him. 48 However, (G)the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands; as the prophet says:

49 (H)Heaven is My throne,
And the earth is the footstool of My feet;
What kind of house will you build for Me?’ says the Lord,
Or what place is there for My rest?
50 (I)Was it not My hand that made all these things?’

51 “You men who are (J)stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears are always resisting the Holy Spirit; you are doing just as your fathers did. 52 (K)Which one of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? They killed those who had previously announced the coming of (L)the Righteous One, and (M)you have now become betrayers and murderers of Him; 53 you who received the Law as (N)ordained by angels, and yet did not keep it.”
