耶稣致以弗所教会的信
2 “给以弗所教会天使的信，要这样写：
“右手拿着七颗星，走在七个金灯台之间的他说： 2 我知道你的事迹、辛勤和恒心。我还知道你不能容忍邪恶之人。你考验那些自称是使徒，但实际却不是的人，认出他们只不过是骗子而已。 3 为了我，你吃苦耐劳，不知疲倦。
4 “但是，有一件事，我要责备你：你已抛弃了当初的爱心。 5 想一想，你是在哪儿跌倒的。忏悔吧！当初怎么做，现在还那样做吧！如果你不忏悔，我就要到你这里来，把你的灯台拿走。 6 不过，你还有一些可取之处，你和我一样憎恨尼哥拉人 [a]的行为。
7 “有耳能听的人，都应该听听圣灵对教会说的话。对于胜利者，我要给他们权力，吃上帝乐园的生命树的果实。”
