以 弗 所 書 4:25-32
25 因此要杜绝谎言，对人要以诚相待，因为我们都是同一个身体的组成部分。 26 生气的时候，不要让它使你们犯罪，也不要生一整天的气。 27 不要让魔鬼有机可乘。 28 以往有偷窃行为的，不可再偷窃。相反，他应该工作，用自己的双手干些有益的事情，让有需要的人与自己同享。
29 不应该说不合适的话，只说有助于加强人们所需要的精神建设的话，以便让听者受益。 30 不要让上帝的圣灵悲伤，这灵是你们属于上帝的证明。上帝赐给你们圣灵，表明上帝会在适当的时刻，给你们自由。 31 不要刻薄、恼怒和怒气冲冲。不要喧嚷和诽谤，不要做任何邪恶的事情。 32 彼此要仁慈相待，互相原谅，就如上帝在基督里原谅了我们那样。
