Psalm 67

All Will Praise God

For the choir director: with stringed instruments. A psalm. A song.

May God be gracious to us and bless us;
look on us with favor(A)Selah
so that Your way may be known on earth,
Your salvation among all nations.(B)

Let the peoples praise You, God;
let all the peoples praise You.(C)
Let the nations rejoice and shout for joy,
for You judge the peoples with fairness
and lead the nations on earth.(D)Selah
Let the peoples praise You, God,
let all the peoples praise You.(E)

The earth has produced its harvest;
God, our God, blesses us.(F)
God will bless us,
and all the ends of the earth will fear Him.(G)

Proverbs 2:1-5

Wisdom’s Worth

My son, if you accept my words(A)
and store up my commands within you,
listening closely[a] to wisdom
and directing your heart to understanding;
furthermore, if you call out to insight
and lift your voice to understanding,
if you seek it like silver
and search for it like hidden treasure,(B)
then you will understand the fear of the Lord
and discover the knowledge of God.

Acts 15:36-41

Paul and Barnabas Part Company

36 After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town(A) where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.” 37 Barnabas wanted to take along John Mark.[a] 38 But Paul did not think it appropriate to take along this man who had deserted them in Pamphylia and had not gone on with them to the work. 39 There was such a sharp disagreement that they parted company, and Barnabas took Mark(B) with him and sailed off to Cyprus. 40 Then Paul chose Silas and departed, after being commended to the grace of the Lord by the brothers.(C) 41 He traveled through Syria(D) and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
