30 I will magnify You, O LORD. You have exalted me and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.

² O LORD, my God, I cried to You; and You have restored me.

³ O LORD, You have brought up my soul out of the grave. You have revived me from those who go down into the pit.

⁴ Sing praises to the LORD, His Saints, and give thanks before the remembrance of His Holiness.

⁵ For His anger endures but a while. In His favor is life. Weeping may abide at evening, but joy comes in the morning.

⁶ And in my prosperity, I said, “I shall never be moved.”

⁷ For You, LORD, from Your goodness, had made my mountain to stand strong. You hid Your face, and I was troubled.

⁸ Then I cried to You, O LORD, and prayed to my LORD.

⁹ What profit is there in my blood when I go down to the pit! Shall the dust give thanks to You? Or shall it declare Your Truth?

¹⁰ Hear, O LORD; and have mercy upon me. LORD, be my Helper.

¹¹ You have turned my mourning into joy. You have loosened my sackcloth and girded me with gladness.

¹² Therefore, my tongue shall praise You, and not cease. O LORD, my God, I will give thanks to You forever. To him who excels: A Psalm of David.

¹¹ Woe to those who rise up early to follow drunkenness, and to those who continue until night. The wine inflames them.

¹² And the harp and lyre, timbrel and pipe, and wine are in their feasts. But they do not regard the work of the LORD, or consider the work of His hands.

¹³ Therefore my people have gone into captivity, because they had no knowledge, and their honorable men famished. And the multitude thereof is dried up with thirst.

¹⁴ Therefore Hell has enlarged itself, and has opened its mouth without measure. And their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he who rejoices among them, shall descend.

¹⁵ And man shall be brought down, and man shall be humbled. Even the eyes of the proud shall be humbled.

¹⁶ And the LORD of Hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and the holy God shall be sanctified in justice.

¹⁷ Then shall the lambs feed in their pasture, and the strangers shall eat in the desolate places of the fat ones.

¹⁴ “And to the angel of the Church of the Laodiceans write: ‘These things says the Amen; the faithful and true Witness; the beginning of the creatures of God.

¹⁵ ‘I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I desire that you were either cold or hot.

¹⁶ ‘Therefore, because you are lukewarm - and neither cold nor hot – I am about to spew you out of My mouth.

¹⁷ ‘For you say, “I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing,” and do not know how wretched and miserable you are, and poor and blind and naked.

¹⁸ ‘I counsel you to buy from Me gold tried by the fire, so that you may be made rich; and white raiment, so that you may be clothed and that your filthy nakedness does not appear. And anoint your eyes with eye salve, so that you may see.

¹⁹ ‘As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous, therefore, and repent.

²⁰ ‘Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me.

²¹ ‘To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, even as I overcame and sit with My Father on His throne.

²² ‘Let he who has an ear, hear what the Spirit says to the Churches.’”
