138 I will praise You with my whole heart; before the gods I will praise You.

² I will worship toward Your Holy Temple, and praise Your Name, because of Your lovingkindness and for Your Truth; for You have magnified Your Name by Your Word above all things.

³ When I called, then You heard me and increased strength in my soul.

⁴ All the kings of the Earth shall praise You, O LORD; for they have heard the words of Your mouth.

⁵ And they shall sing of the ways of the LORD, because the Glory of the LORD is great.

⁶ For the LORD is high, yet He beholds the lowly; but He knows the proud afar off.

⁷ Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me. You will stretch forth Your hand upon the wrath of my enemies; and Your right hand shall save me.

⁸ The LORD will perform toward me. O LORD, Your mercy endures forever! Do not forsake the works of Your hands. To him who excels: A Psalm of David

¹² Again, the LORD said to Moses, “Go up into the Mount of Abarim, and behold the land which I have given to the children of Israel.

¹³ “And when you have seen it, you shall be gathered to your people also, as Aaron your brother was gathered.

¹⁴ “For you were disobedient to My Word in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the assembly to sanctify Me in the waters before their eyes. That is the water of Meribah in Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin.”

¹⁵ Then Moses spoke to the LORD, saying,

¹⁶ “Let the LORD, God of the spirits, of all flesh, appoint a man over the Congregation,

¹⁷ “who may go out and in before them and lead them out and in, so that the Congregation of the LORD are not as sheep who have no shepherd.”

¹⁸ And the LORD said to Moses, “Take with you Joshua, the son of Nun, in whom is the Spirit. And put your hands upon him.

¹⁹ “And set him before Eleazar the Priest, and before all the Congregation. And give him a commission in their sight.

²⁰ “And give him some of your glory, so that all the Congregation of the children of Israel may obey.

²¹ “And he shall stand before Eleazar the Priest, who shall ask counsel for him by the judgment of Urim, before the LORD. At his word they shall go out. And at his word they shall come in, he and all the children of Israel with him, and all the Congregation.”

²² So Moses did as the LORD had commanded him. And he took Joshua and set him before Eleazar the Priest, and before all the Congregation.

²³ Then he put his hands upon him and gave him a commission, as the LORD had spoken by the hand of Moses.

²⁶ And when Saul had come to Jerusalem, he attempted to join the disciples. But they were all afraid of him, and did not believe that he was a disciple.

²⁷ But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the Apostles, and told them how he had seen the Lord on the road. And that he had spoken to Him. And how he had spoken boldly at Damascus in the Name of Jesus.

²⁸ And he was with them, coming in and going out, at Jerusalem.

²⁹ And he spoke boldly in the Name of the Lord Jesus and spoke and disputed against the Hellenists. But they sought to kill him.

³⁰ But when the brothers knew it, they brought him to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

³¹ Then the Churches had rest through all Judea, and Galilee, and Samaria, and were edified, and walked in the fear of the Lord, and were multiplied by the comfort of the Holy Ghost.
