New King James Version (NKJV)
Version
Psalm 91:9-16

Because you have made the Lord, who is (A)my refuge,
Even the Most High, (B)your dwelling place,
10 (C)No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 (D)For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall [a]bear you up,
(E)Lest you [b]dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will [c]set him on high, because he has (F)known My name.
15 He shall (G)call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be (H)with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With [d]long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”

Genesis 14:17-24

17 And the king of Sodom (A)went out to meet him at the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the (B)King’s Valley), (C)after his return from the [a]defeat of Chedorlaomer and the kings who were with him.

Abram and Melchizedek(D)

18 Then (E)Melchizedek king of Salem brought out (F)bread and wine; he was (G)the priest of (H)God Most High. 19 And he blessed him and said:

(I)“Blessed be Abram of God Most High,
(J)Possessor of heaven and earth;
20 And (K)blessed be God Most High,
Who has delivered your enemies into your hand.”

And he (L)gave him [b]a tithe of all.

21 Now the king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the [c]persons, and take the goods for yourself.”

22 But Abram (M)said to the king of Sodom, “I (N)have raised my hand to the Lord, God Most High, (O)the Possessor of heaven and earth, 23 that (P)I will take nothing, from a thread to a sandal strap, and that I will not take anything that is yours, lest you should say, ‘I have made Abram rich’— 24 except only what the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men who went with me: Aner, Eshcol, and Mamre; let them take their portion.”

Romans 15:7-13

Glorify God Together

Therefore (A)receive one another, just (B)as Christ also received [a]us, to the glory of God. Now I say that (C)Jesus Christ has become a [b]servant to the circumcision for the truth of God, (D)to confirm the promises made to the fathers, and (E)that the Gentiles might glorify God for His mercy, as it is written:

(F)“For this reason I will confess to You among the Gentiles,
And sing to Your name.”

10 And again he says:

(G)“Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people!”

11 And again:

(H)“Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles!
Laud Him, all you peoples!”

12 And again, Isaiah says:

(I)“There shall be a root of Jesse;
And He who shall rise to reign over the Gentiles,
In Him the Gentiles shall hope.”

13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all (J)joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
