Version
Psalm 116:1-4

116 I love the LORD, because He has heard my voice and my prayers.

For He has inclined His ear to me, when I called in my days.

The snares of death surrounded me and the griefs of the grave caught me. I found trouble and sorrow.

Then I called upon the Name of the LORD, “I implore You, O LORD, deliver my soul!”

Psalm 116:12-19

12 What shall I render to the LORD for all His benefits toward me?

13 I will take the Cup of Salvation and call upon the Name of the LORD.

14 I will pay my vows to the LORD even now, in the presence of all His people.

15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.

16 Behold, LORD, for I am Your servant. I am Your servant, the son of Your handmaid. You have broken my bonds.

17 I will offer a sacrifice of praise to You and will call upon the Name of the LORD.

18 I will pay my vows to the LORD even now, in the presence of all His people,

19 In the courts of the LORD’s house, even in the midst of You, O Jerusalem. Praise the LORD!

Isaiah 25:6-9

And on this mountain shall the LORD of Hosts make a feast of fat things for all people, a feast of refined wines, of fat things full of marrow, of refined and purified wines.

And on this mountain, He will destroy the covering that covers all people, and the veil that is spread upon all nations.

He will destroy death forever. And the LORD God will wipe away the tears from all faces. And He will take away the rebuke of His people out of all the Earth. For the LORD has spoken it.

And on that day men shall say, “Lo, this is our God! We have waited for Him, and He will save us! This is the LORD! We have waited for Him! We will rejoice and be joyful in salvation!”

Luke 14:12-14

12 Then He also said to the one who had invited Him, “When you make a dinner or a supper, do not call your friends or your brothers or your kinsmen or the rich neighbors, so that they invite you in return, and a recompense be made to you.

13 “But when you make a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind.

14 “And you shall be blessed, because they cannot repay you. For you shall be recompensed at the Resurrection of the Just.”
