26 Judge me, O Lord, for I have walked in mine integrity. I have also trusted in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide.

² Examine me, O Lord, and test me; try my reins and my heart.

³ For Thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes, and I have walked in Thy truth.

⁴ I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I consort with dissemblers.

⁵ I have hated the congregation of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked.

⁶ I will wash mine hands in innocence; so will I compass Thine altar, O Lord,

⁷ that I may proclaim with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all Thy wondrous works.

⁸ Lord, I have loved the habitation of Thy house, and the place where Thine honor dwelleth.

⁹ Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men,

¹⁰ in whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.

¹¹ But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity; redeem me and be merciful unto me.

¹² My foot standeth on a level place; in the congregations will I bless the Lord.

¹ The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith the Lord God concerning Edom: We have heard a word from the Lord, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen: “Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle”:

² “Behold, I have made thee small among the heathen; thou art greatly despised.

³ The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high, that saith in his heart, ‘Who shall bring me down to the ground?’

⁴ Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, from thence will I bring thee down,” saith the Lord.

⁵ “If thieves came to thee, if robbers by night (how thou art cut off!), would they not have stolen till they had enough? If the grape-gatherers came to thee, would they not leave some grapes?

⁶ How the things of Esau are searched out! How his hidden things are sought out!

⁷ All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border; the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee and prevailed against thee. They that eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee; there is no understanding in him.

⁸ Shall I not in that day,” saith the Lord, “even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?

⁹ And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter.

⁹ After this I beheld, and lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations and kindreds and people and tongues, stood before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes and with palms in their hands.

¹⁰ And they cried with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation to our God who sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb!”

¹¹ And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four living beings, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

¹² saying, “Amen. Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving, and honor and power and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen!”

¹³ And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, “Who are these that are arrayed in white robes, and from whence have they come?”

¹⁴ And I said unto him, “Sir, thou knowest.” And he said to me, “These are they that came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

¹⁵ Therefore, “they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple; and He that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.

¹⁶ They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

¹⁷ For the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
