How Majestic Is Your Name

8 O Yahweh, our Lord,
How majestic is Your name in all the earth,
Who [a](A)displays Your splendor above the heavens!
2 (B)From the mouth of infants and nursing babies You have established [b](C)strength
Because of Your adversaries,
To make (D)the enemy and the revengeful cease.
3 When I (E)see (F)Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,
The (G)moon and the stars, which You have established;
4 (H)What is man that You remember him,
And the son of man that You care for him?
5 Yet You have made him a (I)little lower than the [c]angels,
And (J)You crown him with (K)glory and majesty!
6 You make him to (L)rule over the works of Your hands;
You have (M)put all things under his feet,
7 All sheep and oxen,
And also the animals of the field,
8 The birds of the heavens and the fish of the sea,
Whatever passes through the paths of the seas.
9 (N)O Yahweh, our Lord,
How majestic is Your name in all the earth!
A Covenant with Abimelech
22 Now it happened at that time, that (A)Abimelech and Phicol, the commander of his army, spoke to Abraham, saying, “(B)God is with you in all that you do; 23 so now, (C)swear to me here by God that you will not deal falsely with me or with my offspring or with my posterity, but according to the lovingkindness that I have shown you, you shall show me and the land in which you have sojourned.” 24 And Abraham said, “I swear it.” 25 But Abraham reproved Abimelech about the well of water which the servants of Abimelech (D)had seized. 26 And Abimelech said, “I do not know who has done this thing; you did not tell me, nor did I hear of it [a]until today.”
27 So Abraham took sheep and oxen and gave them to Abimelech, and (E)the two of them cut a covenant. 28 Then Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves. 29 And Abimelech said to Abraham, “What do these seven ewe lambs mean, which you have set by themselves?” 30 He said, “You shall take these seven ewe lambs from my hand so that it may be a (F)witness to me, that I dug this well.” 31 Therefore he called that place (G)Beersheba, because there the two of them swore an oath. 32 So they cut a covenant at Beersheba; and Abimelech and Phicol, the commander of his army, arose and returned to the land of the Philistines. 33 And Abraham planted a tamarisk tree at Beersheba, and there (H)he called upon the name of Yahweh, the (I)Everlasting God. 34 And Abraham sojourned (J)in the land of the Philistines for many days.
The Spirit of God Dwells in You
8 Therefore there is now no (A)condemnation for those who are (B)in (C)Christ Jesus. 2 For (D)the law of the Spirit of life [a]in (E)Christ Jesus (F)has set you free from the law of sin and of death. 3 For (G)what the Law could not do, [b](H)weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in (I)the likeness of [c]sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4 so that the (J)righteous requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who (K)do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5 For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on (L)the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, (M)the things of the Spirit. 6 (N)For the mind set on the flesh is (O)death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, 7 because the mind set on the flesh is at (P)enmity toward God, for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able to do so, 8 and those who are (Q)in the flesh are not able to please God.
9 However, you are not (R)in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God (S)dwells in you. But (T)if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 (U)But if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, yet the spirit is [d]alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who (V)raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, (W)He who raised (X)Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies [e]through His Spirit who dwells in you.
