21st Century King James Version (KJ21)
Version
Psalm 146

146 Praise ye the Lord! Praise the Lord, O my soul!

While I live will I praise the Lord; I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

Put not your trust in princes, nor in a son of man in whom there is no help.

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God,

who made heaven and earth, the sea and all that therein is, who keepeth truth for ever;

who executeth judgment for the oppressed, who giveth food to the hungry; the Lord looseth the prisoners.

The Lord openeth the eyes of the blind; the Lord raiseth them that are bowed down; the Lord loveth the righteous.

The Lord preserveth the strangers, He relieveth the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked He turneth upside down.

10 The Lord shall reign for ever, even Thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord!

Isaiah 32:1-8

32 Behold, a King shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

And a man shall be as a hiding place from the wind and a covert from the tempest, as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.

The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.

For the vile person will speak villainy, and his heart will work iniquity, to practice hypocrisy and to utter error against the Lord, to make empty the soul of the hungry; and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

The instruments also of the churl are evil; he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.

But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.

Romans 2:12-16

12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law, and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.

13 (For it is not the hearers of the law who are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

14 For when the Gentiles, who have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, they, not having the law, are a law unto themselves,

15 which shows the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts between accusing and excusing one another.)

16 Thus will it be on the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my Gospel.
