Version
Ezekiel 17:22-24

22 Thus says the Lord GOD: “I will also take off the top of this high cedar, and will set it out. And I will cut off the top of its tender plant; and I will plant it upon a high and great mountain.

23 “On the high mountain of Israel I will plant it. And it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be an excellent cedar. And all birds shall remain under it. Every bird shall dwell in the shadow of its branches.

24 “And all the trees of the field shall know that I, the LORD, have brought down the high tree and exalted the low tree, that I have dried up the green tree and made the dry tree flourish. I, the LORD, have spoken it and have done it.”

Psalm 92:1-4

92 It is a good thing to praise the LORD, and to sing to Your Name, O Most High,

to declare Your lovingkindness in the morning and Your truth in the night,

upon an instrument of ten strings and upon the viol, with the song upon the harp.

For You, LORD, have made me glad by Your works; and I will rejoice in the works of Your hands.

Psalm 92:12-15

12 The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree and shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

13 Such as are planted in the House of the LORD shall flourish in the courts of our God.

14 They shall still bring forth fruit in their old age. They shall be fat and flourishing,

15 to declare that the LORD my Rock is righteous and that no iniquity is in Him.

2 Corinthians 5:6-10

Therefore we are always bold; although we know that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord.

For we walk by faith, and not by sight.

Nevertheless, we are bold, and are well-pleased rather to be absent from the body, and to be at home with the Lord.

Therefore also, we desire eagerly, whether present or absent, to be acceptable to Him.

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that everyone may receive the things done through the body, according to what he has done, whether good or evil.

2 Corinthians 5:11-13

11 Knowing therefore the fear of the Lord, we persuade man and are made manifest to God. And I trust also that we are made manifest in your consciences.

12 For we do not commend ourselves to you again but give you an occasion to exult on our behalf, so that you may have an answer toward those who rejoice in appearance, and not in the heart.

13 For if we are out of our wits, we are so to God: or if we are in our right minds, we are so to you.

2 Corinthians 5:14-17

14 For the love of Christ constrains us,

15 because we thus judge: that if One is dead for all, then were all dead. And He died for all, so that those who live, should henceforth no longer live for themselves, but for Him Who died for them and rose again.

16 Therefore, henceforth we consider no one according to the flesh. Yea, even though we had known Christ according to the flesh, we do so no more.

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

Mark 4:26-34

26 Also He said, “So is the Kingdom of God: as if a man should cast seed in the ground

27 “and should sleep and rise up night and day. And the seed should spring and grow up, he not knowing how.

28 “For the Earth brings forth fruit from itself; first the blade, then the ears; after that, full corn in the ears.

29 “And as soon as the fruit shows itself, he puts in the sickle to it. Because the harvest has come.”

30 He said moreover, “To what shall we liken the Kingdom of God? Or, with what shall we compare it?

31 “It is like a grain of mustard seed; which, when it is sown in the earth, is the least of all seeds on the Earth.

32 “But after it is sown, it grows up and is greatest of all herbs and bears great branches. So that the birds of the heaven may build under the shadow of it.”

33 And with many such parables He preached the Word to them, as they were able to hear it.

34 And He spoke nothing to them without parables. But He expounded all things to His disciples separately.
