Version
Psalm 103:1-13

103 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me! Praise His Holy Name!

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits!

Who forgives all your iniquity and heals all your infirmities.

Who redeems your life from the grave and crowns you with mercy and compassions.

Who satisfies your mouth with good things; and your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

The LORD executes righteousness and judgment for all who are oppressed.

He made His ways known to Moses and His works to the children of Israel.

The LORD is full of compassion and mercy, slow to anger and of great kindness.

He will not always strive with us; nor will He keep His anger forever.

10 He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

11 For as high as the heaven is above the Earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him.

12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our sins from us.

13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.

Psalm 103:22

22 Praise the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion! My soul, praise the LORD!

Ezekiel 16:44-52

44 “Behold, all who use proverbs shall use this proverb against you, saying, ‘Like mother, like daughter.’

45 “You are your mother’s daughter, who has cast off her husband and her children. And you are the sister of your sisters who forsook their husbands and their children. Your mother is a Hittite, and your father an Amorite.

46 “And your elder sister is Samaria, and her daughters who dwell on your left. And your younger sister who dwells on your right is Sodom and her daughters.

47 “Yet, you have not merely walked in their ways or followed after their abominations; but as if that were too little, you have been corrupted more than they in all your ways.

48 “As I live,” says the Lord GOD, “Sodom, your sister, has not done (she or her daughters) as you and your daughters have done.

49 “Behold, this was the iniquity of your sister, Sodom: pride. Fullness of bread and abundance of idleness was in her, and in her daughters. Nor did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

50 “But they were haughty and committed abominations before Me. Therefore, I took them away as it pleased Me.

51 “Nor has Samaria committed half of your sins. But you have exceeded them in your abominations and have justified your sisters in all your abominations which you have done.

52 “Therefore, you, who have judged your sisters, bear shame for your own sins, in that you have committed more abominable ones than they (who are more righteous than you are). Therefore, you also should be disgraced, and bear your shame, seeing that you have judged your sisters.

2 Peter 1:1-11

Simon Peter, a servant and an Apostle of Jesus Christ, to you who have obtained equal precious faith with us, by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:

Grace and peace be multiplied to you, through the acknowledging of God, and of Jesus Christ our Lord.

His divine power has given us all things pertaining to life and godliness, through the acknowledging of Him Who has called us to Glory and virtue;

by which most great and precious promises are given to us, so that by them you could be partakers of the divine nature (in that you flee the corruption which is in the world through lust).

Therefore, give all diligence to this. Moreover, join virtue with your faith; and with virtue, knowledge;

and with knowledge, temperance; and with temperance, patience; and with patience, godliness;

and with godliness, brotherly kindness; and with brotherly kindness, love.

For if these things are among you, and abound, they will cause you to be neither idle nor unfruitful in the acknowledging of our Lord Jesus Christ.

For the one who does not have these things is blind and short-sighted and has forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

10 Therefore, brothers, give all the more diligence to making your calling and election sure. For if you do these things, you shall never fall.

11 For by this means shall entry into the everlasting Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be abundantly provided to you.
