20 The LORD hear you on the day of trouble. The Name of the God of Jacob defend you;

² send you help from the Sanctuary and strengthen you out of Zion.

³ Let Him remember all your offerings and turn your burnt offerings into ashes. Selah.

⁴ Grant you according to your heart and fulfill all your purpose,

⁵ so that we may rejoice in your salvation—and set up the banner in the Name of our God—when the LORD shall perform all your petitions.

⁶ Now I know that the LORD will help His anointed; and will hear him from His Sanctuary, by the mighty help of His right hand.

⁷ Some trust in chariots, and some in horses. But we will remember the Name of the LORD our God.

⁸ They are brought down and fallen. But we are risen and stand upright.

⁹ Save, LORD! Let the king hear us on the day that we call! To him who excels: A Psalm of David.

²² And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

²³ “Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, ‘Thus shall you bless the children of Israel, and say to them,

²⁴ “The LORD bless you and keep you.

²⁵ “The LORD make His Face shine upon you and be merciful to you.

²⁶ “The LORD lift up His Countenance upon you and give you peace.”

²⁷ ‘So they shall put My Name upon the children of Israel. And I will bless them.’”

²¹ Also He said to them, “Does the candle come in to be put under a bushel, or under the bed, and not to be put in a candlestick?

²² “For there is nothing hidden that shall not be opened. Nor is there a secret that shall not come to light.

²³ “If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.”

²⁴ And He said to them, “Pay attention to what you hear. With whatever measure you use, it shall be measured to you. And to you who hear shall more be given.

²⁵ “For to him who has shall it be given. And from him that has not shall be taken away even that he has.”
