Jubilee Bible 2000 (JUB)
Version
Psalm 1

¶ Blessed is the man that does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and in his law he meditates day and night.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.

¶ The ungodly are not so but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For the LORD knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Deuteronomy 9:25-10:5

25 Thus I fell down before the LORD forty days and forty nights, as I fell down at the first, because the LORD had said he would destroy you.

26 I prayed, therefore, unto the LORD and said, O Lord GOD, destroy not thy people and thine inheritance, which thou hast ransomed through thy greatness, which thou hast brought forth out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

27 Remember thy slaves, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the stubbornness of this people nor to their wickedness nor to their sin,

28 lest those of the land from which thou didst bring us out say, Because the LORD was not able to bring them into the land which he promised them or because he hated them, he has brought them out to slay them in the wilderness.

29 Yet they are thy people and thine inheritance, which thou didst bring out by thy mighty power and by thy outstretched arm.

10 ¶ At that time the LORD said unto me, Hew thee two tables of stone like unto the first and come up unto me into the mount and make thee an ark of wood,

and I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou didst brake, and thou shalt put them in the ark.

And I made an ark of cedar wood and hewed two tables of stone like unto the first, and went up into the mount, having the two tables in my hand.

And he wrote on the tables, according to the first writing, the ten words which the LORD spoke unto you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly; and the LORD gave them unto me.

And I turned and came down from the mount and put the tables in the ark which I had made; and there they are, as the LORD commanded me.

Titus 2:7-8

in all things showing thyself as an example of good works, in doctrine showing integrity, seriousness, purity,

sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that the adversary may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

Titus 2:11-15

11 ¶ For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,

12 teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live temperately, righteously, and godly in this present world;

13 waiting for that blessed hope and the glorious appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ,

14 who gave himself for us that he might redeem us from all iniquity and purify unto himself a people of his own, zealous of good works.

15 ¶ These things speak and exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise thee.
