Revised Common Lectionary (Complementary)
133 1 This Psalm containeth the commendation of brotherly amity among the servants of God.
A song of degrees, or Psalm of David.
1 Behold, how good and how comely a thing it is, brethren to dwell even [a]together.
2 It is like to the precious [b]ointment upon the head, that runneth down upon the beard, even unto Aaron’s beard, which went down on the border of his garments,
3 And as the dew of [c]Hermon which falleth upon the mountains of Zion: for [d]there the Lord appointed the blessing and life forever.
22 ¶ So Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father’s house: and Joseph lived an [a]hundred and ten years.
23 (A)And Joseph saw Ephraim’s children, even unto the third generation: also the sons of Machir the son of Manasseh were brought upon Joseph’s knees.
24 And Joseph said unto his brethren, (B)I am ready to die, and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land, unto the land which he sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob.
25 And Joseph took an oath of the children of Israel, saying, (C)[b]God will surely visit you, and ye shall carry my bones hence.
26 So Joseph died, when he was an hundred and ten years old: and they embalmed him, and put him in a chest in Egypt.
20 (A)[a]And in the morning as they journeyed together, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.
21 Then Peter remembered, and said unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst, is withered.
22 And Jesus answered, and said unto them, Have [b]the faith of God.
23 For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken away, and cast into the sea, and shall not waver in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith, shall come to pass, whatsoever he saith, shall be done to him.
24 (B)Therefore I say unto you, Whatsoever ye desire when ye pray, believe that [c]ye shall have it, and it shall be done unto you.
25 (C)But when [d]ye shall stand, and pray, forgive, if ye have anything against any man, that your Father also which is in heaven, may forgive you your trespasses.
