Psalm 100

All men exhorted to praise God.

A Psalm [a]of thanksgiving.

100 Make a joyful noise unto Jehovah, [b]all ye lands.
Serve Jehovah with gladness:
Come before his presence with singing.
Know ye that Jehovah, he is God:
It is he that hath made us, [c]and we are his;
We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter into his gates with [d]thanksgiving,
And into his courts with praise:
Give thanks unto him, and bless his name.
For Jehovah is good; his lovingkindness endureth for ever,
And his faithfulness unto all generations.

Exodus 4:18-23

18 And Moses went and returned to [a]Jethro his father-in-law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren that are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace. 19 And Jehovah said unto Moses in Midian, Go, return into Egypt; for all the men are dead that sought thy life. 20 And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand. 21 And Jehovah said unto Moses, When thou goest back into Egypt, see that thou do before Pharaoh all the wonders which I have put in thy hand: but I will [b]harden his heart, and he will not let the people go. 22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith Jehovah, Israel is my son, my first-born: 23 and I have said unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me; and thou hast refused to let him go: behold, I will slay thy son, thy first-born.

Hebrews 3:1-6

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, even Jesus; who was faithful to him that [a]appointed him, as also was Moses in all [b]his house. For he hath been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, by so much as he that [c]built the house hath more honor than the house. For every house is [d]builded by some one; but he that [e]built all things is God. And Moses indeed was faithful in all [f]his house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterward to be spoken; but Christ as a son, over [g]his house; whose house are we, if we hold fast our boldness and the glorying of our hope firm unto the end.
