29 E anche per il cibo: non preoccupatevi di ciò che mangerete o berrete, non preoccupatevene affatto! 30 Tutta lʼumanità si affanna ogni giorno per queste cose, ma il vostro Padre che è in cielo sa che ne avete bisogno. 31 Se farete in modo che il Regno di Dio sia il vostro primo interesse, Dio vi darà tutto il resto.
32 Perciò non temete, piccolo gregge, perché è stata una gran gioia per il Padre vostro darvi il suo Regno.
