38 你们听说过‘以眼还眼，以牙还牙’ [a]的说法吧？ 39 我告诉你们，不要同恶人做对。如果有人打了你的右脸，你就把左脸伸过去让他打； 40 如果有人想去法院告你，还要抢走你的内衣，你就让他连外套一起拿去； 41 如果有人强迫你陪他走一里路，你就陪他走两里。 42 要给予对你有所求的人，不要拒绝向你借东西的人。
