Psalm 29

29 1 The Prophet exhorteth the princes and rulers of the world (which for the most part think there is no God.) 3 At the least to fear him for the thunders and tempests, for fear whereof all creatures tremble. 11 And though thereby God threateneth sinners, yet he is always merciful to his, and moveth them thereby to praise his Name.

A Psalm of David.

Give unto the Lord, ye [a]sons of the mighty, give unto the Lord glory and strength.

Give unto the Lord glory due unto his Name: worship the Lord in the glorious Sanctuary.

The [b]voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory maketh it to thunder: the Lord is upon the great waters.

The voice of the Lord is mighty: the voice of the Lord is glorious.

The [c]voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars: yea, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

He maketh them also to leap like a calf: Lebanon also and [d]Shirion like a young unicorn.

The voice of the Lord divideth the [e]flames of fire.

The voice of the Lord maketh the wilderness to tremble: the Lord maketh the wilderness of [f]Kadesh to tremble.

The voice of the Lord maketh the hinds to [g]calve, and [h]discovereth the forests: therefore in his [i]Temple doth every man speak of his glory.

10 The Lord sitteth upon the [j]floods, and the Lord doth remain King forever.

11 The Lord shall give strength unto his people: the Lord shall bless his people with peace.

Psalm 98

98 1 An earnest exhortation to all creatures to praise the Lord for his power, mercy and fidelity in his promise by Christ, 10 by whom he hath communicated his salvation to all nations.

A Psalm.

Sing [a]unto the Lord a new song: for he hath done marvelous things: (A)his right hand, and his holy [b]arm have gotten him the victory.

The Lord declared his [c]salvation: his righteousness hath he revealed in the sight of the nations.

He hath [d]remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

All the earth, sing ye loud unto the Lord: cry out and rejoice, and sing praises.

Sing praise to the Lord upon the harp, even upon the harp with a singing voice.

With [e]shalms and sound of trumpets sing loud before the Lord the king.

Let the sea roar, and all that therein is, the world, and they that dwell therein.

Let the floods clap their hands, and let the mountains rejoice together,

Before the Lord: for he is come to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world: and the people with equity.

Isaiah 66:18-23

18 For I will visit their works, and their imaginations, for it shall come that I will gather all nations, and tongues, and they shall come, and see my [a]glory.

19 And I will set a [b]sign among them, and will send those that [c]escape of them unto the nations of [d]Tarshish, [e]Pul, and [f]Lud, and to them that draw the [g]bow, to [h]Tubal and [i]Javan, isles afar off, that have not heard my fame, neither have seen my glory, and [j]they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles.

20 And they shall bring all your [k]brethren for an offering unto the Lord out of all nations, upon [l]horses, and in chariots, and in horse litters, and upon mules, and swift beasts, to Jerusalem mine holy Mountain, saith the Lord, as the children of Israel offer in a clean vessel in the House of the Lord.

21 And I will take of them for [m]Priests, and for Levites, saith the Lord.

22 For as the new [n]heavens, and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name continue.

23 And from month to month, and from Sabbath to Sabbath shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.

Romans 15:7-13

Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also [a]received us to the glory of God.

[b]Now I say, that Jesus Christ was a minister of the [c]circumcision, for the [d]truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers.

[e]And let the Gentiles praise God, for his mercy, as it is written, (A)For this cause I will [f]confess thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy Name.

10 And again he saith, (B)Rejoice, ye Gentiles with his people.

11 And again, (C)Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles, and laud ye him all people together.

12 And again Isaiah saith, (D)There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles, in him shall the Gentiles trust.

13 [g]Now the God of [h]hope fill you with [i]all joy, and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the holy Ghost.
