Psalm 66-67

66 Rejoice in God, all the Earth!

Sing forth the Glory of His Name! Make His praise glorious!

Say to God, “How terrible are You in Your works! Through the greatness of Your power shall Your enemies be in subjection to You.

“All the world shall worship You and sing to You. Sing of Your Name!” Selah.

Come and behold the works of God. He is terrible in His doings toward the sons of men.

He has turned the sea into dry land. They passed through the river on foot. We rejoiced in Him there.

He rules the world with His power. His eyes behold the nations. The rebellious shall not exalt themselves. Selah.

Praise our God, you people, and make the voice of His praise heard.

He holds our souls in life and does not let our feet slip.

10 For You, O God, have tested us. You have refined us as silver is refined.

11 You have brought us into the net. You put pressure upon our loins.

12 You have caused men to ride over our heads. We went into fire and into water; but You brought us out into abundance.

13 I will go into Your House with burnt offerings and will pay You my vows

14 which my lips have promised; and my mouth has spoken in my affliction.

15 I will offer to You the burnt offerings of fat rams with incense. I will prepare bullocks and goats. Selah.

16 Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell you what He has done to my soul.

17 I called to Him with my mouth and He was exalted with my tongue.

18 If I regard wickedness in my heart, the LORD will not hear me.

19 But God has heard me and considered the voice of my prayer.

20 Praised God, Who has turned away neither my prayer nor His mercy. To him who excels on Neginoth: A psalm or song

67 God be merciful to us and bless us. Cause His face to shine among us (Selah),

so that they may know Your way upon Earth and Your saving health among all nations.

Let the people praise You, O God. Let all the people praise You.

Let the people be glad and rejoice; for You shall judge the people righteously and govern the nations upon the Earth. Selah.

Let the people praise You, O God. Let all the people praise You.

Then shall the Earth bring forth her increase; and God, even our God, shall bless us.

God shall bless us, and all the ends of the Earth shall fear Him. To him who excels: A psalm or song of David

Psalm 19

19 The heavens declare the Glory of God, and the firmament shows the work of His Hands.

Day unto day utters the same, and night unto night teaches knowledge.

There is no speech nor language where their voice is not heard.

Their line has gone forth through all the earth; and their words into the ends of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the Sun,

which comes forth as a bridegroom out of his chamber, and rejoices like a mighty man to run his race.

His going out is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit is to the ends of the same, and nothing is hidden from the heat thereof.

The Law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul. The testimony of the LORD is sure and gives wisdom to the simple.

The Statutes of the LORD are right and rejoice the heart. The Commandment of the LORD is pure and gives light to the eyes.

The fear of the LORD is clean and endures forever. The judgments of the LORD are truth. They are righteous altogether,

10 and more to be desired than gold—yea, than much fine gold—sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

11 Moreover, by them your servant is made circumspect, and in the keeping of them there is great reward.

12 Who can understand his faults? Cleanse me from secret faults.

13 Keep your servant from presumptuous sins, also. Do not let them reign over me. So, shall I be upright and made clean from much wickedness.

14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD my strength, and my redeemer. To him who excels. A Psalm of David.

Psalm 46

46 God is our hope and strength; help in troubles, ready to be found.

Therefore, we will not fear, though the Earth be moved and though the mountains fall into the midst of the sea.

The waters thereof rage and are troubled; the mountains shake at the surges of the same. Selah.

Still, there is a River whose stream shall make glad the City of God, the Sanctuary of the Tabernacles of the Most High.

God is in the midst of it; therefore, it shall not be moved. God shall help it in the dawning.

When the nations raged and the kingdoms were moved, God thundered, and the Earth melted.

The LORD of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Come and behold the works of the LORD, what desolations He has made on the Earth.

He makes wars cease, to the ends of the world. He breaks the bow and cuts the spear and burns the chariots with fire.

10 “Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the heathen. I will be exalted on the Earth.”

11 The LORD of Hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. To him who excels: A Psalm committed to the sons of Korah.

Ezekiel 3:16-27

16 And at the end of seven days, the Word of the LORD came again to me, saying:

17 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the House of Israel. Therefore, hear the Word in My Mouth, and give them warning from Me.

18 “When I shall say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you do not give him warning or speak to admonish the wicked of his wicked way, so that he may live, that same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

19 “Yet, if you warn the wicked and he does not turn from his wickedness, or from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you have delivered your soul.

20 “Likewise, if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits iniquity, I will lay a stumbling block before him and he shall die. And because you have not given him warning, he shall die in his sin and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered. But his blood will I require at your hand.

21 “However, if you admonish the righteous man that the righteous does not sin (so that he does not sin), he shall live because he is admonished; and you have also delivered your soul.”

22 And the Hand of the LORD was there upon me. And He said to me: “Arise. Go into the field, and I will talk with you there.”

23 So when I had risen up and gone forth into the field, behold, the Glory of the LORD stood there, as the Glory which I saw by the river Chebar. And I fell down upon my face.

24 Then the Spirit entered into me and set me up upon my feet and spoke to me and said to me: “Come. Shut yourself inside your house.

25 “And you, O son of man, behold, they shall put ropes upon you and shall bind you with them. And you shall not go out among them.

26 “And I will make your tongue cling to the roof of your mouth, so that you shall be dumb, and shall not be to them as a man who rebukes. For they are a rebellious House.

27 “But when I have spoken to you, I will open your mouth. And you shall say to them: ‘Thus says the LORD God.’ He who hears, let him hear. And he who refuses, let him refuse. For they are a rebellious House.”

Ephesians 2:1-10

And you were dead in trespasses and sins

(wherein you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the authority of the ruler of the air, even the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,

among whom all of us also once lived in the lusts of our flesh, in fulfilling the will of the flesh, and of the mind; and were, by nature, the children of wrath, just as the rest).

But God, Who is rich in mercy, through His great love with which He loved us,

even when we were dead by sins, has quickened us together in Christ (by grace you are saved)

and has raised us up together and made us sit together in the Heavenly places in Christ Jesus;

so that He might show, in the ages to come, the exceeding riches of His grace through His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

For by grace are you saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves. It is the gift from God

(not of works, lest anyone should boast).

10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works; which God has ordained, so that we would walk in them.

Matthew 10:24-33

24 “The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his Lord.

25 “It is enough for the disciple to be as his master is, and the servant as his Lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his household?

26 “Therefore do not fear them. For there is nothing covered that shall not be disclosed, nor hid, that shall not be known.

27 “What I tell you in darkness, speak in light. And what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops.

28 “And do not fear them who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear Him Who is able to destroy both soul and body in Hell.

29 “Are not two sparrows sold for a pittance, and yet not one of them shall fall to the ground apart from your Father?

30 “Indeed. And all the hairs of your head are numbered.

31 “Therefore, do not fear. You are of more value than many sparrows.

32 “Whoever, then, shall confess Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father Who is in Heaven.

33 “But whoever shall deny Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father Who is in Heaven.

Matthew 10:40-42

40 “The one who receives you, receives Me. And the one who receives Me, receives Him Who sent Me.

41 “The one who receives a Prophet in the name of a Prophet, shall receive a Prophet’s reward. And the one who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, shall receive the reward of a righteous man.

42 “And whoever shall give one of these little ones merely a cup of cold water to drink (in the name of a disciple), truly I say to you, he shall not lose his reward.”
