  9. Duties of Priests and Levites

    Then the Lord said to Aaron: “You, your sons, and your relatives from the tribe of Levi will be held responsible for any offenses related to the sanctuary. But you and your sons alone will be held responsible for violations connected with the priesthood.

  23. Correcting Another Believer

    “If another believer sins against you, go privately and point out the offense. If the other person listens and confesses it, you have won that person back.
  24. Then they scoffed, “He’s just a carpenter, the son of Mary and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas, and Simon. And his sisters live right here among us.” They were deeply offended and refused to believe in him.
  25. Jesus was aware that his disciples were complaining, so he said to them, “Does this offend you?
