You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice;

“You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute.

He executes justice for the orphan and the widow, and shows His love for the alien by giving him food and clothing.

You shall not distort justice; you shall not be partial, and you shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.

Administration of Justice
“You shall not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or a sheep which has a blemish or any defect, for that is a detestable thing to the Lord your God.

“You shall not pervert the justice due an alien or an orphan, nor take a widow’s garment in pledge.
-
‘Cursed is he who distorts the justice due an alien, orphan, and widow.’ And all the people shall say, ‘Amen.’

If I sharpen My flashing sword, And My hand takes hold on justice, I will render vengeance on My adversaries, And I will repay those who hate Me.

“Then he provided the first part for himself, For there the ruler’s portion was reserved; And he came with the leaders of the people; He executed the justice of the Lord, And His ordinances with Israel.”

Everything Is against Him
“Behold, I cry, ‘Violence!’ but I get no answer; I shout for help, but there is no justice.

“I put on righteousness, and it clothed me; My justice was like a robe and a turban.

“The abundant in years may not be wise, Nor may elders understand justice.
