Then all the people of Israel returned to their cities, every man to his possession.

  183. “Then I desired to know the truth about the fourth beast, which was different from all the rest, exceedingly terrifying, with its teeth of iron and claws of bronze, and which devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet,
  184. I saw him come close to the ram, and he was enraged against him and struck the ram and broke his two horns. And the ram had no power to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground and trampled on him. And there was no one who could rescue the ram from his power.
  185. Then the goat became exceedingly great, but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.
  186. As for the horn that was broken, in place of which four others arose, four kingdoms shall arise from his nation, but not with his power.

    And while he was at Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he was reclining at table, a woman came with an alabaster flask of ointment of pure nard, very costly, and she broke the flask and poured it over his head.

  222. Jesus' Side Is Pierced

    Since it was the day of Preparation, and so that the bodies would not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken and that they might be taken away.
  223. So the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first, and of the other who had been crucified with him.
  224. For these things took place that the Scripture might be fulfilled: “Not one of his bones will be broken.”

  233. For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility
  234. and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.
