“Come, Follow Me”
As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the sea, since they were fishermen.

Jesus Heals Many
When Jesus came into Peter’s house, he saw Peter’s mother-in-law sick in bed with a fever.

The Transfiguration
Six days later Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John the brother of James; and he led them up onto a high mountain by themselves.

Jesus Predicts Peter’s Denial
Then Jesus said to them, “This night you will all fall away on account of me, for it is written, ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock will be scattered.’

Peter Denies Jesus
Meanwhile Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard. A servant girl came to him and said, “You were also with Jesus the Galilean.”

The Transfiguration
After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John with him and led them up a high mountain where they were alone by themselves. There he was transfigured in front of them.

Jesus Predicts Peter’s Denial
Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away because of me. For it is written: ‘I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered.’

Peter Denies Jesus
While Peter was in the courtyard below, one of the servant girls of the high priest came there.

About eight days after he said these words, Jesus took Peter, John, and James and went up on the mountain to pray.

Jesus Predicts Peter’s Denial
The Lord said, “Simon, Simon, pay attention: Satan has asked to have you all, so that he may sift you as wheat.

Then they seized him, led him away, and brought him into the high priest’s house.
Peter Denies Jesus
Peter followed at a distance.

Jesus Warns Peter
“Dear children, I am going to be with you only a little longer. You will look for me, and just as I told the Jews, so I tell you now: Where I am going, you cannot come.

Peter Denies Jesus
Simon Peter and another disciple kept following Jesus. That disciple was known to the high priest, so he went into the high priest’s courtyard with Jesus.

Peter Denies Again
Simon Peter continued to stand there warming himself. So they said to him, “You are not one of his disciples too, are you?” He denied it, saying, “I am not!”

So Simon Peter climbed aboard and hauled the net to land, full of large fish, 153 of them. Yet even with so many, the net was not torn.

In those days, when the group there numbered about 120 people, Peter stood up among the brothers and said,
