  1. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.
  2. Do you not know that your bodies are parts of Christ? Shall I then take away the parts of Christ and make them parts of a prostitute? Far from it!

  10. Is the cup of blessing which we bless not a sharing in the blood of Christ? Is the bread which we break not a sharing in the body of Christ?
  11. Christian Order

    Be imitators of me, just as I also am of Christ.
  12. But I want you to understand that Christ is the head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the head of Christ.
  13. For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.
  14. Now you are Christ’s body, and individually parts of it.
  15. The Fact of Christ’s Resurrection

    Now I make known to you, brothers and sisters, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, in which you also stand,
  16. For I handed down to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
  17. Now if Christ is preached, that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
  18. But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised;
  19. and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is in vain, your faith also is in vain.
  20. Moreover, we are even found to be false witnesses of God, because we testified against God that He raised Christ, whom He did not raise, if in fact the dead are not raised.
  21. For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised;
  22. and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.
  23. Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
  24. If we have hoped in Christ only in this life, we are of all people most to be pitied.
  25. The Order of Resurrection

    But the fact is, Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep.
