  1. God, whom I serve in my spirit in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you
  2. Certainly not! If that were so, how could God judge the world?
  3. However, to the one who does not work but trusts God who justifies the ungodly, their faith is credited as righteousness.
  4. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!
  5. For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!

  8. By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
  9. You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.
  10. He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?
  11. For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.”
  12. How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
  13. And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
  14. God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don’t you know what Scripture says in the passage about Elijah—how he appealed to God against Israel:
  15. But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!
  16. After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!
  17. Doxology

    Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!
  18. Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.
  19. Now, however, I am on my way to Jerusalem in the service of the Lord’s people there.
