  1. Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith for his name’s sake.
  2. And you also are among those Gentiles who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.
  3. I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.

  9. No One Is Righteous

    What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage? Not at all! For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin.
  10. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile,
  11. Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles too? Yes, of Gentiles too,
  12. even us, whom he also called, not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?
  13. Israel’s Unbelief

    What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith;
  14. For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him,
  15. Ingrafted Branches

    Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious.
  16. But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their full inclusion bring!

  18. All Israel Will Be Saved

  19. if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
  20. and, moreover, that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written: “Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles; I will sing the praises of your name.”
  21. Again, it says, “Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.”
  22. And again, “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; let all the peoples extol him.”
  23. And again, Isaiah says, “The Root of Jesse will spring up, one who will arise to rule over the nations; in him the Gentiles will hope.”
  24. Paul the Minister to the Gentiles

    I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another.
  25. to be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles. He gave me the priestly duty of proclaiming the gospel of God, so that the Gentiles might become an offering acceptable to God, sanctified by the Holy Spirit.
