  19. as it is written: “God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes that could not see and ears that could not hear, to this very day.”
  20. Rather, as it is written: “Those who were not told about him will see, and those who have not heard will understand.”
  21. Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice because of you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil.
