  1. In the former treatise, O Theophilus, I have given an account of all that Jesus began both to do and teach

  14. ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.
  15. This Jesus hath God raised up, of which we are all witnesses.
  16. “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
  17. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all who are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”
  18. And all who believed were together and had all things in common,
  19. and they sold their possessions and goods and divided them among all men, as every man had need.
  20. praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

  24. But those things which God before had shown by the mouth of all His prophets, that Christ should suffer, He hath thus fulfilled.
