  18. From then on, Pilate tried to set Jesus free, but the Jewish leaders kept shouting, “If you let this man go, you are no friend of Caesar. Anyone who claims to be a king opposes Caesar.”

    Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not recorded in this book.
  20. Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.
