Those who harvest are receiving their pay and gathering fruit for eternal life so that those who sow and those who harvest can celebrate together.

The man who had been cured didn’t know who it was, because Jesus had slipped away from the crowd gathered there.

When they had plenty to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather up the leftover pieces, so that nothing will be wasted.”

So they gathered them and filled twelve baskets with the pieces of the five barley loaves that had been left over by those who had eaten.

Judas, his betrayer, also knew the place because Jesus often gathered there with his disciples.

Jesus answered, “I’ve spoken openly to the world. I’ve always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where all the Jews gather. I’ve said nothing in private.
