Truth it is, I have baptized you with water: but he will baptize you with the holy Ghost.

And as soon as he was come out of the water, John saw the heavens cloven in twain, and the holy Ghost descending upon him like a dove.

Saying, Ah, what have we to do with thee, O Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee what thou art, even thou holy one of God.

But he that blasphemeth against the holy Ghost, shall never have forgiveness, but is culpable of eternal damnation.

For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just man, and an holy, and reverenced him, and when he heard him, he did many things, and heard him gladly.

For whosoever shall be ashamed of me, and of my words among this adulterous and sinful generation, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed also, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy Angels.

But when they lead you, and deliver you up, be not careful before hand, neither study what ye shall say: but what is given you at the same time, that speak: for it is not you that speak, but the holy Ghost.
