  1. And there went out unto him all the land of Judea and those of Jerusalem; and they were all baptized by him in the River Jordan, confessing their sins.

  12. And He said unto them, “Know you not this parable? And how then will ye know all parables?
  13. It is like a grain of mustard seed which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that are in the earth.
  14. But when it is sown, it groweth up and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches, so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.”
  15. but without a parable spoke He not unto them. And when they were alone, He expounded all things to His disciples.
  16. And all the devils besought Him, saying, “Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.”
  17. And he departed and began to proclaim in Decapolis what great things Jesus had done for him. And all men marveled.
  18. and had suffered many things under many physicians, and had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse,
  19. But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what had been done in her, came and fell down before Him and told Him all the truth.
  20. And they laughed Him to scorn. But when He had put them all out, He took the father and the mother of the damsel and those who were with Him, and entered in where the damsel was lying.
  21. And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus and told Him all things, both what they had done and what they had taught.
  22. And the people saw them departing, and many recognized Him and ran thither on foot out of all the cities and outdistanced them, and came together unto Him.
  23. And He commanded them to make all sit down by companies upon the green grass.
  24. And when He had taken the five loaves and the two fishes, He looked up to Heaven, and blessed and broke the loaves, and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and He divided the two fishes among them all.
  25. And they all ate and were filled.
