  1. I Never Knew You

    “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
  2. Another of the disciples said to him, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”
  3. So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven,
  4. but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven.
  5. All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
  6. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
  7. And Jesus answered him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.
  8. The Parable of the Lost Sheep

    “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
  9. So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
  10. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

  12. Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
  13. And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”
  14. Again, for the second time, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done.”
  15. Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
  16. To another he said, “Follow me.” But he said, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”

  22. Jesus then said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven.
  23. For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”
  24. They said to him therefore, “Where is your Father?” Jesus answered, “You know neither me nor my Father. If you knew me, you would know my Father also.”
  25. I speak of what I have seen with my Father, and you do what you have heard from your father.”
  26. Jesus answered, “I do not have a demon, but I honor my Father, and you dishonor me.
  27. Jesus answered, “If I glorify myself, my glory is nothing. It is my Father who glorifies me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God.’
  28. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
  29. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
  30. If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me;
  31. If you had known me, you would have known my Father also. From now on you do know him and have seen him.”
  32. In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.
  33. Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”
  34. Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.
  35. I Am the True Vine

    “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.
  36. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples.
  37. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
  38. Whoever hates me hates my Father also.
  39. If I had not done among them the works that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin, but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.
  40. Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
  41. and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father.
  42. The one who conquers will be clothed thus in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
  43. The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
