  1. The Flight to Egypt

    Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until I tell you, for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.”
  2. Lay Up Treasures in Heaven

    “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal,
  3. but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.
  4. Neither is new wine put into old wineskins. If it is, the skins burst and the wine is spilled and the skins are destroyed. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.”

  23. They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
