  1. Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
  2. And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,
  3. And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

  10. Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.
  11. Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
  12. That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
  13. He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

  19. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.
  20. That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
  21. And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.
  22. And when he would have put him to death, he feared the multitude, because they counted him as a prophet.
