  10. Then Jeremiah took another scroll and gave it to Baruch the scribe, the son of Neriah, who wrote on it at the instruction of Jeremiah all the words of the book which Jehoiakim king of Judah had burned in the fire. And besides, there were added to them many similar words.
  11. Assurance to Baruch

    The word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Neriah, when he had written these words in a book at the instruction of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, saying,
  12. So Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that would come upon Babylon, all these words that are written against Babylon.
  13. Now it shall be, when you have finished reading this book, that you shall tie a stone to it and throw it out into the Euphrates.
