irresistible, beneficent, humane, steadfast, sure, free from anxiety, all-powerful, overseeing all, and penetrating through all spirits that are intelligent, pure, and altogether subtle.

Who has learned your counsel unless you have given wisdom and sent your holy spirit from on high?
