Yet they still continued to sin against Him By rebelling against the Most High in the desert.

In spite of all this they still sinned, For they did not believe in His wonderful and extraordinary works.

You rule the swelling of the sea; When its waves rise, You still them.

[Growing in grace] they will still thrive and bear fruit and prosper in old age; They will flourish and be vital and fresh [rich in trust and love and contentment];

He hushed the storm to a gentle whisper, So that the waves of the sea were still.
